Part of a group of clubs including Alness and Inverness Ki Aikido clubs. Affiliated to the British Ki Society and the Ki No Kenkyukai Association Internationale.
Chief instructor Sensei Roy Cliff 5th dan, ably assisted by Sensei Tony Garland 1st dan.
From Tuesday the 8th of April sessions will be held at Tain Royal Academy Community Centre (TRACC), times will be 8pm to 9.30pm approx. Sessions are temporarily suspended, please email for details.

Roy's martial arts career began in 1960 when he graded 5th Kyu in Judo at Burton on Trent.
By 1969 he had made it to 1st Dan, graded by Masutaro O'Tani then an 8th Dan.
Between '66 and '69 he made 2nd Kyu in self defence, graded by R H Bleakman another 8th Dan.
Between '66 and '70 he made it to 3rd Kyu in Shotokan Karate, graded by D. Harvey at that time a 3rd Dan.
In 1977 he gained the equivalent of 2nd Kyu in White Crane Kung Fu.
Between 1972 and 1980 he graded to 1st Dan in Aikido under sensei P Stratford then a 3rd Dan, now 8th Dan.
His Ki-Aikido career started with his 5th Kyu grading at Burton in 1981 and continues to this day. All in all a well rounded martial artist.
